Because our products are instantly delivered and accessible once purchased, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on digital downloads.

Please make sure you’ve selected the correct guide or product before completing your purchase.
Physical Products (Physycal guides, Planners, Merch or Prints)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us at alexa@thesologirlstravelguide.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
