Digital Products (Digital Guides, Itineraries, Courses & Calls)

  • All sales of digital products are final.

  • Because our products are instantly delivered and accessible once purchased, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on digital downloads.

  • Please make sure you’ve selected the correct guide or product before completing your purchase.


Physical Products (Physycal guides, Planners, Merch or Prints)

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us at alexa@thesologirlstravelguide.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
